Earthquake off Barbados

THE LATEST IN A SERIES of earthquakes along the Caribbean plate is a bit closer to home.

The UWI Seismic Research Centre has recorded a 3.8 magnitude earthquake 70km south southwest of Bridgetown.

The quake was recorded around 10:14 p.m. and was 175km southeast of Kingston, St Vincent and 180km north east of Scarborough, Tobago. (SAT)
