Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?
I can say yes, because I’ve always loved communicating and helping people. So I’m grateful to be living my divine destiny as a communication specialist and sensual empowerment coach.
 
What is your biggest professional challenge?
My biggest professional challenge is accepting the reality that people seem not to value effective communication as much as I do.
 
What is your biggest life challenge?
My biggest life challenge is maintaining balance between my personal, family and professional lives. But I love a challenge and I keep rising to the occasion.

When you look to the future, what do you see?
I see a women actively loving and embracing themselves, which is key for the restoring of solid family, community and societal values.
 
What is your favourite pastime?
Spending time in nature.
 
What is your favourite meal?
Corn meal cou cou and flying fish with healthy servings of okra and salad.

On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
At home with my family.

What upsets you the most?
Ineffective communication.

What is your guiding philosophy?
I’ve given up being perfect to live authentically.
 
If you had to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
I would implement procedures, policies and laws to ensure that the hungry are fed, the naked are clothed, the aged are protected, the infants are cared for, domestic violence is eliminated, and viable opportunities are provided for entrepreneurship.
