GARBAGE GALORE. Where is the garbage truck?
That is what residents of Wavell Avenue, Black Rock, St Michael, and surrounding areas want to know as garbage has been piling up in the district for the past three weeks without being collected.
When contacted yesterday, a spokesman at the Sanitation Service Authority assured that the garbage would be collected in Wavell Avenue and other affected areas within the next 24 hours.
No explanation was given for the delay in service.
