Cops probing St Lucy death

Date:

Share post:

There is an empty chair in the Half Moon Fort fish market in St Lucy that will always remind people of Martin “Massy” Greaves.

It was where Massy turned to “cool down” at some point of every day. There will be no more of that now.

Greaves, 49, is believed to have received multiple stab wounds during an altercation in the same district during the wee hours of yesterday morning and died at the scene.

Things were relatively quiet, and his absence was noticeable from the market he frequented yesterday evening, when a SUNDAY SUN team stopped by. Some were having a leisurely drink, while others played dominoes and reflected on Massy’s untimely passing.

His cousin Faye Greaves was among those hanging out and reminiscing.
