City & Guilds: Pay up or else

No payments, no certification.

That’s the position of City & Guilds, the international certification body for technical and vocational studies, with respect to the Samuel Jackman Prescod Polytechnic (SJPP).

Wendy Anstead, public relations officer, Corporate Communications at City & Guilds in Britain, confirmed the British educational body has currently suspended delivering qualifications to the SJPP pending outstanding payments.

She declined to say how much was owed and from when, but stated that City & Guilds was working with the SJPP to resolve the matter.
