Phillips, Stoute to captain practice teams

Bridgetown, Barbados – Opening batsman Omar Phillips and all-rounder Kevin Stoute will captain the teams in the first of two Barbados three-day practice matches at Desmond Haynes Oval this week in preparation for the 2014-15 West Indies first-class Championship, which starts November 14.

The opening match is scheduled for October 28-30 and the second, November 4-6.

Play starts at 9:30 a.m. daily.

Teams: Omar Phillips (captain), Kyle Corbin, Kyle Hope, Ryan Hinds, Roston Chase, Kenroy Williams, Shane Dowrich, Kyle Mayers, Justin Greaves, Tino Best, Jerome Jones, Jameel Stuart, Mario Rampersaud.
