Rihanna just makes a fashion statement wherever she goes and whatever she does.

The Bajan superstar came home for a few days last week and tongues are still wagging about what she wore, what she did, where she did it and who she did it with.

The Grammy Award winner was in church last Sunday for the christening of her cousin Noella Alstrong’s daughter Majesty Nova Burke.

As always, she caught the attention of a few onlookers when she arrived at the Power In The Blood Assembly on Tudor Bridge, St Michael, with her family and cradling the little baby.

Then she wore a pink knee-length Versace dress.

When it comes to daring holiday style, Rihanna has got this look totally covered. From her numerous bikinis and chic cover-ups to a whole range of sensational dresses, there’s nothing this girl doesn’t own.

Her particular penchant, it seems, is for cult swimwear brand Charlie by Matthew Zink, having been spotted in no less than eleven of the brand’s iconic creations.

A Paulina halter-neck style she wore is one of the designer’s simpler looks. Featuring cross-over straps at the back and a pair of daring low-rise bottoms, it’s the perfect way to make an impact on your next trip to the beach. So, if you’re keen to splash some cash for your last-minute getaway, this is the dream designer buy.

She wore her raven locks long and loose, keeping her face make-up-free but adding some bling with a pair of large hoop earrings.

After an exhausting session surveying the sea life, Rihanna donned a pair of retro-inspired red sunglasses and stopped to take a call on her rather expensive-looking phone.

Or perhaps she was looking at pictures of her delightfully sweet baby cousin Majesty, whom she’s been cooing over ever since she arrived in Barbados.

As Rihanna carried the tot to her christening, she looked every inch the besotted and proud Aunty OhNaNa, as dubbed herself in a recent Instagram picture, which was followed by a flurry of social media postings proudly showing off her favourite girl.

In one snap, the child sleeps all bundled up in a grey blanket while surrounded by pillows.  (TTY/Daily Mail)
