Love in the air!

Soft pop duo Air Supply turned back the clock on Sunday night at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium delivering their classic hits with the rock punch of a full backing band to a large crowd.
Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell really tried to interact with the audience but it was hard at times to get the VVIP and VIP on the ground floor to their feet. The real men and real women who weren’t ashamed to admit they love Air Supply gave the best responses, getting up and dancing and waving their hands.
Air Supply’s lyrics run as deep as the song titles, which on Sunday included Lost In Love, The Power Of Love, Just As I Am, Making Love Out Of Nothing At All (with a reggae-styled ending) and of course, All Out Of Love. (NS)
