Slow start at Bajan night

Reggae Festival’s Bajan Night started late tonight with only a handful of people attending so far to support the first set of the slated 61 local artistes.
With the first act, Screwface, to hit the stage at 7:45 pm, things went relatively smoothly as the first eight performed back to back to a slowly growing but appreciative audience.
Young unknowns like Jan Lyrica, Snapper, along with Mr Levi put on memorable performances that would certainly see them advance in the business.
The first of the four part section of the show came to an end at 8:25 pm with a deejay interlude, a hope of a bigger crowd and 53 more performances to go.
