Fire fight

Share post:

Fire raged at the airport yesterday but there was no panic and no loss.
It was all a simulation conducted by the Airport Fire Station.
Officers showcased their firefighting skills using water and foam and also demonstrated the “stinger” – a piece of equipment designed to pierce aircraft hulls.
The simulation was part of the Fire Service’s week of activities, which ends on Saturday with a fun fair at the Probyn Street headquarters in The City. (CA)
