Trees for benefit of Challenor children

More trees have been added to the orchard at the Challenor Creative Arts and Training Centre so that students can benefit from more natural and healthy juices.
Anthony Brewster, social work student at the University of the West Indies, said it augurs well for a healthier future for the children since they can have juices that are free from dyes and preservatives.
“It will reduce some of the problems that are caused by taking drinks filled with caffeine and food colours,” he said.
Brewster, who is completing a 13-week internship at the centre, came up with the idea to plant the trees to coincide with the observance of Arbor Day on Sunday.
