Police have arrested and charged John Russell Sr., 50 years, of Dolphin Park, St. Patricks, Christ Church for the offence of manslaughter in relation to the death of Joshua Boyce, 2-years-old, of 3rd Avenue Skeete’s Road, Ivy, St. Michael.
He is expected to appear at the District A Magistrate Court on Monday, May 06, 2013.
