Stop waiting on the Government to help you and help yourselves!
That’s the advice Minister of Culture Stephen Lashley gave to calypsonians and stakeholders at a panel discussion sponsored by the Kingdom Of Super Gladiators tent at the Bajan Culture Village, Waterford, St Michael.
The Minister was responding to criticisms levelled at him and Government.
While the discussion topic last Thursday was What Is Really, Really, Really, Really Calypso? members of the audience used the opportunity to speak about the lack of support from Government, especially during Crop Over.
