Zulu International’s “Neverland” cooler fete came off last Saturday night on the grounds of Sunbury Plantation.
Patrons started to gather in the late afternoon and partied till midnight to tunes spun by local deejays Kirk rown, Jus-Jay DJ Puffy and Peter Coppin as well as Trinidad and Tobago’s Private Ryan, alongside Assassin.
The night’s performances came from Peter Ram, who got up close with the crowd by joining them on the lawn to sing some of his older hits, including Woman By My Side, before singing his 2014 tunes,
King Bubba and crowd favourite Stiffy totally thrilled patrons with his wit and lyrical genius which was not only exhibited in his rendering of hits like I Carry My Sheep In Town, Days Of My Life and Ride It but also with a few less familiar tracks which included a remix of John Legend’s All Of Me – Stiffy-style of course.
