A?CHRIST?CHURCH?man was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital last night after the car he was driving was involved in a collision with another on the Newton roundabout, near Chickmont Foods in Christ Church.
The Barbados Fire Service had to use the jaws of life to prise the man out of his car, which was headed in the direction of Bridgetown when the collision occurred about 7 p.m. He is believed to be in his 40s.
The driver of the other vehicle, a woman, reportedly sustained minor injuries. She was headed in the direction of the airport.Officers at Oistins Police Station are investigating.
