There’s just no?stopping St Giles.
The perennial primary school netball queens captured their 11th crown at the Wildey Gymnasium yesterday, when they downed West Terrace 9-6 in the National Sports Council’s Pine Hill Dairy Primary Schools Netball Competition in a fiercely contested final.
St Giles ended their six-year hiatus and returned to their winning ways, turning back a spirited performance from the first-time finalists.
Apart from copping the top prize, St Giles also won six of the eight individual awards, with goal attack Felicia Miller being named Most Outstanding Goal Attack and Most Valuable Player of the final.
