THERE WERE many bright stars at the Sandy Lane Annual Awards ceremony.
From star of the years; centre court, long service, outfield and more, employees of the luxury resort were rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
One of the brightest stars was supervisor in the engineering department Kelly McClean, who walked away with the Coach of the Year Award, worth more than $9 000 in a Caribbean trip.
The Monday night event involved singing, cake-cutting, glowing praises and cocktails, as management and staff mingled and celebrated the 13 years since the hotel reopened.
