DON’T?PANIC. This country is being well managed.
That’s the response of Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Chris Sinckler to Standard &?Poor’s downgrade of the Barbados economy.
“It is never a pleasurable thing for a country to be downgraded, but Barbadians can rest assured that this Government has been doing the right things under very tough economic circumstances,” he said.
“Several countries have had difficulty in varying ways with their fiscal accounts and debt levels.
