Hit from behind?

JAMAR MAYNARD, the young man who was fatally shot by police in April last year, could have been hit from behind while running away, according to a pathologist.
Dr David Gaskin also told the Coroner’s Court that it was his opinion that the 27-year-old, who died from excessive blood loss after being shot in the left arm, was not shot at close range.
That evidence came in the Coroner’s Inquest into the April 3, 2012 police shooting of Maynard, which lawmen have testified happened during a confrontation with Constable Krist Drakes.
“Is it possible that Jamar Maynard could have been shot from the rear?” attorney at law David Comissiong asked the pathologist directly during his approximately two hours on the stand.
