THE SEARCH is on for Barbados’ Best Employers.
Human resources consultancy firm Caribbean Catalyst, Barbados Business Authority and the Nation Publishing Co. Ltd have partnered again to stage the biennial programme for the third time.
Speaking during the launch at the Savannah Beach Hotel this morning, managing director of Caribbean Catalyst Rosalind Jackson said the initiative was intended to recognize and honour organizations with exemplary human resource practices.
Both public and private sector organizations, including non-governmental organizations, statutory corporations and government departments, have been invited to enter the competition.
The deadline for entry is February 28.
In 2012, Blueprint Creative Inc., Royal Bank of Canada Insurance Company Ltd. and Scotiabank Barbados emerged as the winners in the small, medium and large categories, respectively. (NB)
