Let the ghoul times roll!

Taboo’s Halloween event, Carnival Of Carnage, was indeed the most frightening place to be last Saturday, but ironically, it seemed to be the place where everyone wanted to be. Taboo, without a doubt looked the part as dry leaves could be found scattered all along the ground, cobwebs hanging from everywhere, and a few disfigured bodies in bags swinging oh so gently above the bar.
At 10 p.m. sharp, the music got even louder, and the gates were opened signaling it was time to let in many eager party-goers already lined up to enjoy the Carnival Of Carnage. The only way to enter into the main courtyard was through the Giggle-Torture Maze and the Slaughter House.
But there was no giggling to be heard as patrons entered that dark, dusty, scary and claustrophobia-inducing pathway of doom. And there was no discrimination at all as the beloved Lady Gaga; a female officer, with uniform way too short for service; Jesus, and the dreaded Dracula had to make their way through that very maze.
Clad in what was determined as the Best Male Costume was Sean, The Bathman. He wore a pink robe with white stars, pink shades and a pair of flip-flops. It was enough to hold off to hold off Jack Sparrow, a pilot, Batman, and even a male stripper for the top spot.
In the female category, the army cadet, the bride, the mermaid, the French-maid and the rag-doll were not good enough to stop the Playboy Bunny from playing her way into the favour of the judges, the crowd.
