EARLIER TODAY SCORES OF BARBADIANS gathered on Weymouth Pasture to participate in the West India Biscuit Company Ltd (WIBISCO) “100th Anniversary Big Birthday Party”.
The event which was titled Wibisco In The Community Fun Day was an opportunity for the public to learn of the company’s products while sampling and purchasing products from other companies and entrepreneurs present.
The company’s sales and marketing manager, Dianne Payne, said the company was happy to include the public in its birthday celebrations.
“We also have several booths for children to enjoy themselves. The Barbadian public has an opportunity to sample lots of products including those from Wibisco; we are sampling today one of our newest products Sodabix Cheese and Herbs. The public also has the opportunity to see and participate in lots of entertainment,” said Payne. (AH)
