Death at Kendal Plantation

A man was found dead this morning at his home in Kendal Plantation, St John.
Police are reporting that just after 3 this morning Gerald Wayne Nicholls, 62, was found dead with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
Police public relations officer Inspector David Welch said this morning that according to information received, Nicholls went outside to investigate a noise, after which his family heard gun shots.
According to police reports, his son then went outside, and discovered his body.
Police are investigating the matter. (CM)
