SOMEONE has dashed any hopes manufacturer Frank Harwood had of making it into the Guinness Book Of Records for what he considers to be the world’s smallest mortar and pestle set.
Harwood reports that the tiny masterpiece he crafted at his Pelican Village shop Harwood Woodworks, and which mesmerized patrons attending last weekend’s BMEX Trade Expo at Sherbourne Conference Centre, was stolen from his booth on Sunday night.
He said he had intended approaching the Guinness Book Of Records in an attempt to have his artefact included.
Harwood is appealing to the public for assistance in recovering the mortar and pestle and he is pleading with whoever took it to return it. (GC)
