Barbados wicketkeeper Shane Dowrich had it tough at Kensington Oval yesterday.
He took a blow just above eye that caused a big swelling in the dying stages of the first day of the third-round WICB Four-day match against Trinidad and Tobago.
He sustained the injury after failing to cleanly gather a bouncer from fast bowler Tino Best.
Dowrich (left) immediately left the field with physiotherapist Jacqui King to receive treatment.
