DEAR CHRISTINE -Janitor making dirty moves

Dear Christine,
I am writing this letter about some unfair things that are going on at a certain primary school.
A certain janitor there is trying to rule the school. She is taking home all the liquids that she is supposed to clean with and then making trouble to get the cleaning liquids that have been assigned to the other janitors.
She also broke off the lock to a cupboard of another janitor to get the cleaning liquid.
She is even taking all of her garbage and throwing it all over areas that have already been cleaned. Why is she doing those things? What is going on?
– Tired of her

Dear Tired of her,
This janitor is stealing and should be prosecuted. You need to inform the principal of the school and get this matter dealt with.
Her position, though a lowly one in the school structure, is still one of trust and responsibility.
She is accountable for chemicals and is supposed to store and use them in a manner that would not harm the children or others on that school compound.
Janitors, too, are usually the additional eyes and ears of teachers. They help to stop squabbles between children or speak sternly to others up to mischief. They also give advice to the children and try to guide them along the right path.
A janitor at a primary school is, therefore, not just someone who mops and sweeps. They are an integral part of the school structure. That is why they must be mature and responsible individuals.
Please contact the principal. If he/she is slow to act, I suggest that you send a letter to the Chief Education Officer and copy it to the Minister of Education. This matter needs to be dealt with.
