These were a few of the words used to describe Arlington DaCosta Edwards, well known as “Joy”, when the St Andrew Primary School officially changed its name to the A. DaCosta Edwards Primary School during a renaming ceremony today.
Under the watchful eyes of Minister of Education Ronald Jones, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Health Irene Sandiford-Garner, principal Cheryl Watts, over a dozen other education officials and his family, the plaque was unveiled following glowing tributes.
