One more step towards Rihanna’s first concert performance in Barbados on August 5 was taken yesterday when tourism officials and the multiple award-winning singer’s show producers held a site meeting at Kensington Oval.
Among those present were Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA) officials and representatives from Roc Nation, who will jointly produce the show at an expected cost in excess of $1 million.
Rihanna signed a three-year marketing deal with the BTA on the Montreal leg of her LOUD tour last Saturday.
The August show is part of that tour.
