The?sound of gospel resonated through Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, Holetown, last weekend as CRS Music & Media Ltd launched its Bold Bajan Gospel CD.
The album features award-winning contemporary artistes Allison Norville-Forde, James Leacock, A Few Good Men and Kareen Clarke, some of whom were on hand to perform their songs live.
Norville-Forde did her popular number I Am A Winner; The Beauty Of Holiness was the selection of Leacock; Lana Spooner rendered an uptempo piece called When Praises Go Up; while Toni Norville connected with the audience in Reign.
A name that might be new to some in the gospel arena is Maachelle Farley. She displayed her gift of singing and performing with a jazzy rendition of Free. (RL)
