Scores of upset, laid off Rotherley Construction workers are staked out at the company’s Proute, St Thomas offices after not being paid for weeks.

Many of the workmen are upset that they were given their walking papers without notice and some of them were asked not to take vacation last year, to facilitate the completition of the Sands project in Christ Church.

The office staff has reportedly locked themselves in the building and refuse to let the workers in. (TG)
