A time to share

Barbadians must rise to the challenge of making their country more pleasant and peaceful not only at Christmas, but all through the year.
Prime Minister Freundel Stuart, in his second Christmas message to the nation, pledged that “the Government over which I preside” would continue to create the right environment so citizens could respond to such challenges.
“So, in the midst of all the jollification and the acts of giving, which are characteristic features of this Yuletide season, let us pause to reflect not only on the miracle that heralded the first Christmas, but also on the obligations throughout the year to which the babe of Bethlehem summons every one of us,” he said.
