A Grantley Adams International Inc shop has been closed because of rent arrears.
Reports indicate that a distress notice was placed on the store Travel Essentials Inc for outstanding rent of more than $271 000.
The rent was said to be due for 34 months between August 2008 and March this year.
The notice was placed on the store by Creditel Debt Collections Ltd which also padlocked the front door. The notice also said that unless the outstanding money is paid the goods will be sold. (MB)
