TWO black flags at the Lancaster and Orange Hill junction in St James, reflect the respect workers havefor a colleague who died after an accident last month at the roundabout being constructed.According to reports, William Sealy, 58, of Fortesque, St Philip suffered a cervical (neck) injury from a fallon June 24.When the WEEKEND NATION visited the site yesterday the black flags – one on a pole and the other atop an oil drum – fluttered in the breeze. However, none of the workmen would divulge details of the incident, referring all matters to the supervisory team, who too were tight-lipped.Sealy’s death has been classified as unnatural and Coroner Faith Marshall-Harris will conduct an inquest.Construction work on the $3.2 million roundabout is being done by C.O. Williams Construction.(MK/BW)
