City incident leaves man dead

An altercation which took place in the City this afternoon has left one man dead
He is 21-year old Tyrone Bourne, of Lead Vale, Christ Church.
Police public relations officer Inspector David Welch told NATIONNews that it is suspected that the man was stabbed.
He said the incident, which took place just after 1 p.m. occurred at the corner of Fairchild Street and Bridge Street.
Welch said police are now looking for a man of slim build, of dark complexion, wearing a red and grey shoes, a red and grey hat and three quarter dark grey jeans. He said the man, who was also wearing a T-shirt, appears to be bald-headed.
Welch said the man they are looking for ran in the area of Nelson Street.
Police are now appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident to call CID at 430 7189 or the emergency number 211.
