LONDON – Scottish emergency services say three people have died in a gas explosion at an apartment complex in Edinburgh.The Scottish Ambulance Service said yesterday that three people had died and one person was injured in the blast.The blast occurred in an apartment complex in the southwestern area of Edinburgh, about 400 miles (650 kilometres) north of London.
