A man and his girlfriend were yesterday remanded to HMP Dodds following allegations of rape of a minor.
Fabian Springer, a 37-year-old driver, of St Michael, and Sasha Franklin, a 20-year-old student, also of St Michael, were not required to plead to having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old between September 1 and 30, 2017.
Additionally, Franklin was charged with using a computer to send an electronic communication that was indecent and obscene, between September 1, 2017 and November 9. She was not required to plead to the indictable offence.
Prosecutor Station Sergeant Carrison Henry objected to bail for both accused. (RA)
