ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) on Friday released details for the upcoming tour by the West Indies Under-19 team to Bangladesh.
The young Windies cricketers will play seven 50-over matches against the Bangladesh Under-19 team next month.
The squad will leave the Caribbean on November 30 and return on December 22.
A WICB release said the full tour schedule had not been finalized but matches would be played in Sylhet or Chittagong and also in Dhaka.
The two teams recently played a hard-fought seven-match series in Guyana which Bangladesh won 4-3.
The series of matches form part of preparations for the International Cricket Council’s Under-19 World Cup to be played in the United Arab Emirates in February 2014. (CMC/EZS)
