School plan

Youth pastor and counsellor Roger Husbands has outlined a nine-point plan to curb the practice of filming and distributing sex scenes in schools.
He called for fines for parents who allow children to take cellphones to school and imprisonment for those who make videos available to the public.
Husbands, who is the chairman of Drug Education and Counselling Services, held up a petition outside Parliament Buildings yesterday asking the public to sign it.
