Q: Are you where you’ve always wanted to be?
?A: Based on my short-term goals, yes I am. However, there are medium- and long-term goals I am striving towards.
?
?Q: What is your biggest professional challenge?
?A: Managing my time to provide each company with the required attention needed to continuously grow them locally, regionally and internationally.
?
?Q: What is your biggest life challenge?
?A: Balancing my personal life and professional life. I must learn to provide adequate attention to my professional life while not neglecting to spend time with family and friends.
?
?Q: When you look to the future what do you see?
?A: A new generation of creative thinkers and entrepreneurs. These young leaders will allow Barbados and the region to successfully recover from the economic problems we are experiencing at the moment. I also see the companies I manage being extremely successful.
?
?Q: What’s your favourite pastime?
A: Playing football and socialising with friends and family.

Q: What’s your favourite meal?
A: Chicken alfredo pasta
?
?Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
A: Socialising with friends and family or watching movies.
?
?Q: What upsets you the most?
A: Poor customer service. I am a firm believer in providing quality service with a smile.
?
?Q: What is your guiding philosophy?
A: Treat everyone you interact with the way that you would like to be treated. You may not benefit from the blessings but your family will reap what you sow today.
?
?Q: If you had the chance to manage Barbados for a day, what would you do?
A: I would provide young, educated adults with the opportunity to help lead this country out of the economic problems we are facing. Young adults are begging to be heard and taken seriously. We must remember that at one point the current leaders were young adults as well. I would also reduce the level of bureaucracy within Government in order to facilitate business. This would ultimately lead to economic growth.
