BELMOPAN – The brother of former Belize prime minister George Price was found murdered in his home today.
Police said that Sam Price, 85, the younger brother of the elder statesman was found badly beaten in his bathtub at the house located on the Northern Highway, just outside of Belize City.
A relative said that his nephew, who usually helps him with errands, went to the house at around 9.00 am local time and found the door ajar. The nephew, whose name was not disclosed, found blood stains and evidence of a struggle.
The police said they have no motive for the killing. (CMC)
