Harrison College were the toast of the town yesterday when they won both the boys and girls divisions at the Powerade Secondary Inter-Schools Swimming Championships held at the Aquatic Centre in Wildey, St Michael.
They easily defended the boys’ title, amassing 300.5 points to second placed St Michael’s 187 points, before relegating last year’s girls’ champions Queen’s College (QC) to second position with 256 points to QC’s 217.
Gabriel Gunby was one of the main forces behind their success, winning all five of his races on the way to being crowned the 15-17 divisional champion.
