A Jamaican national will appear in court this morning charged with drug offences.
Police today reported that Anthony Wilson of Spanish Town in Jamaica, who arrived in Barbados on June 12, was charged with four drug offences.
Wilson also ingested one pound of cannibis, according to police reports.
The 41-year-old was interviewed by police and referred to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he passed out six packages.
Police public relations officer Inspector David Welch said Wilson was charged yesterday and is expected to appear in District B court. (CM)
