“MORE PEOPLE, especially men, need to get tested for HIV, and those with HIV need to get diagnosed earlier and into care much sooner,” says Minister of Health Donville Inniss.
He was addressing the launch of Regional Testing Day 2010, jointly hosted by the Caribbean Broadcast Media Partnership (CBMP) on HIV/ AIDS and Scotia Bank Caribbean Ltd.
Inniss lauded the efforts of the CBMP and Scotia Bank Caribbean for their efforts and assured them of his ministry’s support.
Testing will take place from June 25 to 27 at Scotia Banks in eight locations in Barbados. (JG/BGIS)
