Final destination

Seeing a vehicle stuck in the open field along Groves Road, St Philip, just beyond Six Roads, would cause very little surprise to passers-by because a bend in the road is well known for undermining the unwary driver, especially if the road is wet.
But when the same calamity befalls more than one vehicle, there is greater curiosity. This was exactly what happened when two vehicles found themselves in the open field at the same place on Monday. One of the vehicles was eventually moved, but the other seems stuck in the mud awaiting retrieval.
 Above, for a second day, this car remained on its top in the yam field along Groves Road, St Philip, yesterday.
