Cadets were going through the paces on Thursday at the grand rehearshals for next week’s independence anniversary celebrations parade which will take place at the Garrison Savannah.
The event will be held on Tuesday morning and will involved both armed detachments from the Barbados Defence Force , the Royal Barbados Police Force and the Cadets and un-armed detachments drawn from various organisations.
The Royal Barbados Police Band will also participate. Following the parade, the troops will march from the Garrison to Bridgetown.
