LEADER OF?THE?OPPOSITION Owen Arthur yesterday responded to the 2010 Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals presented on Monday by Minister of Finance Chris Sinckler.
Arthur criticised many of the proposals outlined, stating that some of the measures were too harsh.
Prior to his reply, Arthur, supported by his wife Julie, led his team of parliamentarians and other party officials into the House of Assembly just before 4 p.m.
