Breakfast jam

FOUR-TIME MONARCH Mikey is still on the “loose” and he gave everything he “got” at the Crop Over 2013 preview at Hilton Barbados yesterday.
Mikey and a group of revellers brought the curtain down on a breakfast meeting for stakeholders of the Sweetest Summer Festival.
The look back at Crop Over festivals and a glimpse of things to come also featured a performance by Calypso Monarch Red Plastic Bag, who took his 10th title this year.
Patrons also got a nostalgic look at old Barbadiana through various artifacts, costumes, familiar rhymes and games. The last was with the compliments of students from Bay Primary School.(YB)
