Former CONCACAF vice-president Lisle Austin is in football’s hot seat again.
But yesterday, Austin declared his hands were clean following allegations he partnered with Austin “Jack” Warner in taking an unauthorized mortgage on the soccer body’s $45 million property in Trinidad and Tobago, known as the Dr Joao Havelange Centre Of Excellence.
