BARBADIANS INTERESTED in the homes being offered for sale at Welches Grove at Welches in St Thomas got the opportunity to see them recently during an open house event.
Rupert Spencer – director of Isis Development Limited, the company responsible for the 22-acre project – said that almost all of the completed houses have been sold.
Spencer said that the units were bought primarily by middle-income and upper-income investors.
He added that for interested buyers the benefits of investing in one of the houses was that it was a quality product in an established community and in close proximity to major amenities. (LK)
