Share post:

FOR THE PAST 21 YEARS, he has ruled supreme in an invincible draughts kingdom.
And from today, Ronald “Suki” King will be moving around the blocks of Barbados, teaching his local subjects how to become royal on the draughts board.
King will be the face of the new HIV and AIDS Block Draughts Project launched yesterday by Minister of Sports Stephen Lashley at his Mall Internationale, Haggatt Hall, St Michael office.
King, the world Go-As-You-Please draughts champion, will be pushing the effort in teaching youths from eight communities the fundamentals of draughts during phase one. (EZS)
